Mr. Felix Sayinzoga

SAYINZOGA Félix is a Rwandan Medical doctor and holds a master in Clinical Epidemiolgy. He is working in Rwanda Ministry of Health since 2010 as the Head of Maternal Health within the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Unit. He has been working as general practitioner for 4 years in referral and district hospitals especially in maternity service and has been part of a number of maternal and newborn health promotion activities. He is leading also the Safe Motherhood and Child health subgroup Technical Working Group in Ministry of Health. He is working on PhD project entitled “Health systems determinants of maternal health in Rwanda – with a particular focus on emergency obstetric care, referral services and accountability.”
