Jan Hontelez successfully defends PhD

On the 12th of February 2013, Jan Hontelez successfully defended his PhD entitled "The impact of antiretroviral therapy on the HIV epidemic in South Africa". During the last three years dr. Hontelez was a PhD student of both NICHE and the department of public health at the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam. The defence took place at the Erasmus Medical Center.
